Reflexology

Reflexology is a therapeutic practice that applies pressure to specific areas of the feet, hands, or ears to promote relaxation and healing throughout the body. Whether you’re new to reflexology or a regular, come along and enjoy a calming  20 minute taster session, all while helping raise awareness for breast cancer
